The Training Regiment Artillery Center and School faced significant challenges in managing their recruit data and training records due to outdated methods involving paper documents and basic tools like MS Excel and MS Word. These methods were inefficient, time-consuming, and prone to errors, making it difficult to:

Assess individual recruit performance and squad-level comparative analysis.
To address these challenges, we developed the Regiment Data Management Application, a comprehensive and robust system designed to streamline and modernize their data management process.
